Support Special Operations Forces was founded in March 2013 by Justin Murray (President) and Clayton Prestwood (Vice President). Justin and Clayton identified a specific need to address the issues facing Special Operations veterans and active duty personnel. This includes members of:
US Army (Special Forces, 75th Ranger Regiment and 1st SFOD-1)
US Navy (Naval Special Warfare to include SEALs, EOD and SWCC)
US Air Force (Pararescue, CCT, TACPs)
US Marine Corps (Recon, MARSOC)
Justin Murray (President): Justin graduated from Shawnee Mission North High School in 1987 and joined the Marine Corps in 1988. He spent two years in the Marine Corps Infantry at 1st Battalion 9th Marines (The Walking Dead) and spent five years serving in an Amphibious Reconnaissance Unit at 1st RECON BN. Justin served in Desert Storm from 1990-1991 and Operation Restore Hope, Somalia 1993 and 1994. Justin is also US Army RANGER qualified and participated in numerous drug interdiction operations. After seven years of service, Justin left the military and currently lives in Overland Park, Kansas.
Clayton Prestwood (Vice President): Clayton graduated from Sabetha High School in 1992 and immediately joined the Navy. After boot camp and various schools, he reported to the USS Vandergrift and served as an Operations Specialist enduring multiple deployments. Clayton left the military in 1996 and currently resides in Lenexa, Kansas.
